Draft Bar
Carbonates on site, chills in two stages and serves through the tower. One to six independent outlets, running on CO₂, nitrogen or a blend of both.
The four Carbonix products: Draft Bar, Beverage Island, Glass Froster and Warm Brew Kettles — all designed and built in house.

Unit, tower, cooling, drip tray and serve surface — every element designed around your architectural drawings and fabricated in our workshop.
Chills and frosts glassware before service, so the drink holds the temperature it left the tap with.
A heated brewing vessel for tea, infusions, syrups and warm bases — turning a manual, judgement-based job into a repeatable process.
Each product is built for one part of the work and can be used on its own or alongside the others. Each one is covered in full on its own page.
The heart of the service system. Carbonation, dual-stage cooling and dispense across 1 to 6 outlets, with each line carrying its own drink. Three installation formats: under-counter, multi-outlet and portable. The technical equipment goes below the counter and only the tower stays on top.
Under-counter · Multi-outlet · Portable
A complete workstation built from the project drawings: draft system, sink, glass rinser, ice bin, garnish area, keg and glassware storage — all in one body. It is modular, so dimensions and equipment mix are set per project and it can be developed as part of the interior.
Modular · Matched to the architecture
Rapid glass frosting with liquid CO₂ — no compressor, and no meltwater added to the drink. In three formats: built into the counter, standalone on the countertop, or a standing portable unit for events and mobile bars.
Built-in · Countertop · Portable
A brewing system with electronic temperature control, automatic recirculation and an integrated counterflow chiller, in a 304 stainless body. For craft beer, kombucha, malt beverages, infusions and syrups — for production and for testing a new recipe.

The capabilities below belong to Draft Bar. Specifications for every other product are on that product’s own page.
Kegs are chilled inside the unit and the serve line is chilled again on its way out — so the last glass of the shift leaves at the same temperature as the first.
Controlled CO₂ and nitrogen injection through the carbonator produces even, repeatable carbonation — no guesswork, no shift-to-shift drift.
Lines are flushed without dismantling the unit, turning daily cleaning into a short routine rather than downtime.
Dispenses into a range of glassware, cans and plastic or glass bottles — matched to both dine-in and takeaway service.
No external gas rig or side chiller required. The system is closed and modular, so it installs and runs in almost any service environment.
Stable performance on minimal electricity — designed to stay on through the whole trading day.
All consumables are quick-swap and readily available; routine upkeep does not need a resident technician.
From one to six outlets plus three custom builds — configured around your drinks menu and your counter footprint.
Depth and height are fixed across every model; only width changes with outlet count. Dimensions in centimetres (W × D × H).
Every unit ships with a one-year warranty and five years of after-sales service. All consumable parts are quick-swap and easy to source.
